You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for providing our services. We claim no ownership over your content.
Our service, including all software, APIs, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Docvision, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Data Retention: All uploaded documents, extracted data, and API logs are automatically deleted after 3 months. This retention period allows you to access your processing history while ensuring your sensitive documents don't remain in our systems indefinitely.
You acknowledge that after the 3-month retention period, all document-related data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. It is your responsibility to download any data you wish to retain before this period expires.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided according to your subscription plan via email.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCVISION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Docvision from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Data After Termination: Upon account termination, your data will remain subject to our standard 3-month retention policy unless you request immediate deletion. You may request immediate deletion of all your data by contacting support before or after termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or service announcement. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Docvision operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Docvision regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
