• Original uploaded documents: Stored temporarily during processing, then retained for 3 months
• Account information: Retained while your account is active
• Billing records: Retained as required by law for tax and accounting purposes

After the 3-month retention period, all document data and API logs are permanently and automatically deleted from our systems. This ensures your sensitive business documents don't remain in our systems longer than necessary.
